I’ll win a GRAMMY as a Thank You to Ghanaians for their support – Stonebwoy

Dancehall Artiste, Stonebwoy says with the belief Ghanaians have reposed in him, he will certainly bless them with the GRAMMYS.
In an interview on Accra-based Pluzz FM monitored by ghmusiczone.com, Stonebpwy said: “When people believe in you, it is actually duty, it is a responsibility and in the end, it is also love, For somebody to believe in you they tend to live it there”.
According to him, “if people entrust their belief in you, you need to ensure that you do not disappoint then but work hard at ensuring that you make them proud”

On winning the GRAMMY for Ghana, he said: “The GRAMMY is not out of range, remember in 2017 I got nominated alongside Morgan Heritage but they didn’t win that year”.
Stonebwoy is a Ghanaian artiste who is working very hard to ensure he puts the name of Ghana out there. He recently released an album titled Anloga Junction which features some of Africa’s great talents.

Nanky wins VGMA21 unsung initiative

Ahead of the most prestigious music awards scheme in Ghana, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2021 slated for 25th and 26th June, Nanky has been announced winner of the Unsung Initiative.

The fast rising 28 year old Tema based Afro-Pop. R&B, Highlife singer who is currently signed on Sultan Incorporation was on Friday 18th June 2021 announced winner on TV3’s Showbiz 360 hosted by Giovani Caleb. He won ahead of his competitors Oseikrom sikani, Adelaide the seer, Koby Tuesday, Kwame Yogot, Malcom Nuna, Queendalyn and Naana Blu.

Nanky, as the tradition has been since its inception in 2015, will get to perform at this year’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which would be held on Saturday, 26th June, 2021.

The Unsung is an initiative to project underground artistes who need the platform and exposure to make it to mainstream. Previous year’s has seen winners like Lynx Entertainment artiste Kuami Eugene, Reggae/dancehall artiste KelvynBoy among others.

Kwesi Omega Emerges As MC Of The Year At The Fashion And Lifestyle Award 2021.

Dynamic Ghanaian master of ceremonies (Mc) Norshie Israel Asiwome who is known as Kwesi Omega/Mc extraordinaire in the circles have been adjourned MC of the year at the 5th edition of the fashion and lifestyle awards (FALA) 2021 in Accra.

The impact hub Accra -Osu played host to industry magnets who thronged it’s premises to receive recognition for their work as others tagged along to support their favorite performers and personalities.

The scheme which awarded 20 creatives on the night bestowed on Kwesi Omega, the Master of ceremonies of the year amidst cheers and applauds as event-goers chant, “You deserve it, You do all” among others. All in a positive response to him emerging as the winner of the well-regarded category.

In his acceptance speech, the talented and prolific speaker Kwesi Omega motioned that he is grateful to God and to all who believe in him, voted for him, hired him, passed him events, and recommended him.

He mentioned that, “three years ago I was nominated for this category alongside a few of my top-notch colleagues. The late Wiafe, favorite MC’s favorite MC won the category and I told him I was going to win after him. Few years down the line I have won the most revered category.”

Touching on his motivation and drive, He exclaimed, “Never give up” and continued to say tenderly in a rather calm tone, “to be the best in your industry, you don’t need to beat anyone, you just need to do your best and be your best and be you – be original” he ended as his words elicited applauds from the audience.

Kwesi Omega, a professional Mc and a Public Relations and Communications person have hosted 134 events in his three-year journey as an MC and still counting. He is optimistic about conquering Ghana, Africa, and the world so everyone can experience his talent and craft.

Rapper, Robert Hud announces the release date of the visuals to his record, Eledzi. A motivational record was released early this year and termed as the anthem of the year by music lovers.
